waxing can cause this especially if not done by a professional (and even sometimes when done by a professional)
use ice to help with the swelling/bruising
if a blister appears then go to the drug store and ask pharmacist for best med cream for it

wax was too hot.
we call them hickies because that's what it looks like. it takes as long to get rid of as a hicky.
to promote healing she can try (it works better directly after waxing) to crush an asprin and add a drop of cold water. apply paste to the area.
next time she decides to wax herself have her check the temp. of the wax on her wrist (where the hair is) or on her upper arm (where the hair is softer) first.

well, if it looks bruised I am sorry to say it will take time like any bruise.. try cover ups with green concealer. If it looks more like a rash she may want to seek medical or try over the counter allergy stuff like benadryll

poor thing it's sweet that you want to help her : )
try some burn cream like a and d oinment
it will fade enough in a few hours on its own to cover wtih makeup and should be gone by tommorrow anyway
maybe next time try a bleaching kit instead

i don't be attentive to if that is available the place you're, yet Lucas Papaw Ointment is ideal for dermis inflammation. the main suitable situation you're able to do is ask a pharmacist. they are going to be waiting to grant you a cream to handle it.
