am 47 years, and a smoker, miss out on sex due to the job and away from family, since last 6 months have noticed that the errection is half unlike earlier like a wood, any normal remedies, by way of food, or tabs that are not harmful, kindly reply with sincere answers, thanks

Hello Zulfi, Sometimes overstressed body due to physical and mental pressures may results in lessening the sex power.This is a vicious circle as person becomes conscious of his sexual abilities so may not perform upto level where he can perform normally. This may be due to irregular life style not enough rest travel at odd hours, eating at wrong time or not eating, not drinking enough water.

So get back in to good healthy life style, or see a Urologist at home, when you are back and normal style does not cure this.

Doctor must give you a check up and give you some prescription drug, three on the market that can be used.

eat lot of fruit and green vegetable that can help u out. no medicine can give u permanent solution, if possible try to be with ur family thats only reason for ur problem.
seat in ideal position( meditate).
