In Leech in season 2? his powers were transferred to another kid, who went psycho with them.
in Memoria? season 3, Lex is in Bellereve, CK wants to break him out, the kid from Leech and the kid from Dichotic find out about Kryptonite from the kid in Extinction, and plan to steal his Powers to escape.
In season 5 in Mortal and Hidden CK is human because at the end of Arrival, he failed to return to the Fortress by Sunset. He gets shot in Hidden, and Jor-el possesses Lionel who takes him to the fortress and heals him.
Those are the times he has been human.
