Captain Kangaroo. Sesame Street jumps around too much. And if I want my kids to learn Spanish I'll take them to a class.

The Captain had a Dancing Bear and Mr Greenjeans.
Sesame street was brought to me by the color Blue and he number 12.
Both were fun to watch and learn from.
The Sesame St had more funny muppets.
You are forgetting Mr Rogers! The King Friday and that Trolley were GREAT!
Sesame St had better songs and funnier jokes. so they win.

Sesame Street - I was addicted to it in the early '80s. I'll never forget Me and My Llama, Teeny Little Super Guy, The Telephone Rock, etc.

Not a big fan of either. My Favorite was The Electric Company ("Hey you guys!")!!! But if I have to choose between the two, I'd pick Sesame Street. Kermit is THE frog baby! It ain't easy being green but he makes it look so easy.

:)

I am old enough to remember both. I prefer Sesame Street. Good enough to have a spin off in prome time (Muppet Show). Too bad my kids don't watch, they are to into Dora the Explorer.
