hi
took my sons phone back to Tmobile the other day only had it a month wouldnt switch off told would need all the phone stuff box ect and receipt asked if they could look it up on sales record told wont do anything without original receipt
went away found everthing and receipt
went back to shop gave in everthing had box and all stuff apart from phone and charger given back to me !
manager opened it up took battery out and said its been in water white sticker is pink wont get fixed
i said not been in water said he will send it but wont get repaired
most unhelpfull staff ive come across as anyone with wet hands who removes the battery will trigger this sticker as its not actually inside the phone
i said to him when they open it up properly they will see its not been in water he just dismissed this and turned away and got the girl to deal with us
has anyone else experianced this type of service from Tmobile
i certainly wont use these again as they show no customer service

We had an argument in T Mobile shop only the other day, which ended in one of their guys grabbing my partner, they are the worst staff in the world, with no customer service skills what so ever!!!

They are not called cell phones in Australia, they are mobile phones. Call them cell phones and a lot of people will not know what you are talking about. The major companies are Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone. Telstra is the biggest and owns all the infrastructure which the others use. There are other companies which pop up from time to time. I use Telstra and have few problems with them but I have had problems with Optus. You will find other people where the reverse has happened. Check out all the companies when you are getting your mobile and look for the best deal for you. The deals change regularly but you will find one that suits you.

My local T-Mobile shop isn't that helpful, either. I find they're more helpful over the phone (150 from handset) than they are in person. Try a shop which caters for ALL mobile networks (Phones 4 U, The Link, etc.), not just the place you bought the phone from.

Don't blame T-Mobile, blame the store manager. Try writing to the company customer complaints department and see if they will sort it out.

Good grief. Have you spoken to the Customer Services dept at Head Office? 0845 412 5000 (UK), 1-800-937-8997 (USA).

You can complain here: http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/eservice/contactUs.do?enquiry=contact_us_ccr
