Yes, we will have peace. We can love our enemies by totally erasing them from our minds (according to me lol)Seriously, we can love our enemies by forgiving them for what they have made out of us. I usually give them benefit of my doubts- they must have a reason why they have wronged me.
Ways of achieving peace is not only loving our enemies. Some instances, people who don't have enemies wage war to people they are not even familiar with. Don't ask me how, but technology has got something to do with it.

Love does NOT equal peace. You can love your enemies all you want, but they will still hate you. No, loving your enemies will not assure peace.

No.
Victory equals peace. If we conquer our enemies and then over time become fast friends, we will have true peace.

Just how did you come up with that equation? You need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Love = Peace? Yeah right!

It isnt that simple... but I understand what you are trying to say. Find the book A Terrible Love of War, which I just read. It talks a lot about this subject from a philosophical point of view and an experienced one as well.

M. Gandhi said it best, "Be the change in the world you would like to see."
There will always be conflict. Yin and Yang, positive and negative. If a force is not met with resistance it will go forever.
Balance is the key.
A way to look at Gandhi's statement is to think of the fact that the only thing you can control is yourself.
Know thyself (nosce te ipsum) and do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

sorry but i don't think love equals peace...
i mean, think about it, two people who love each other, still quarell and still have misunderstandings.
so, even if we did love our enemies, the differences we had with them would still be there...maybe they wouldn't result in war, but the arguements would still be there.

Yes, after they kill you they will love you for being so weak.
Then there will be peace.
