I would try to find a doctor that would take you without insurance. Maybe you could work out a payment plan. I would strongly suggest going to the doctor and getting a blood test. If you are pregnant, you don't want to miscarry again. I had a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. My OB later discovered that my uterus lining doesn't get thick enough to sustain a pregnancy. He gave me progesterone to take from mid-cyle until the end, or until the end of my first trimester if I got pregnant. As a result, I have one healthy daughter and I am 9 weeks pregnant again. If you are ovulating later in your cycle, then you could have what is called a luteal phase defect. The luteal phase is the the time between ovulation and your next period. It must be at least 11 days in order for your lining to thicken enough to sustain a pregnancy. This is what I had, so I was given Clomid to help me ovulate earlier. However, Clomid can thin your lining, so although I ovulated earlier when I conceived the first time, my thin lining caused me to miscarry. I have heard of other women taking progesterone to help prevent miscarriages. I would suggest it to the doctor. Explain your situation and let them know that you will have insurance soon, but you need to see a doctor now. Hopefully, you can find one who will see you. If not, go to the hospital. I don't think they can refuse you, even without insurance. If you could be having another miscarriage, you need medical attention. Best wishes. My prayers are with you.

If your cycles are that long you should see a dr as soon as you get health insurance. If your having the same symptoms as when you were pregnant before than wait a week or 2 and take a pregnancy test. If you don't know when you are ovulating or getting a period then it would be hard to wait till you are late. If you end up getting your period you might want to start charting your basal body temp. If you do you should see when you are ovulating (temp rises after ovulation) and then expect your period about 2 weeks after that.
