Recently I've been having dreams about a guy at work...they are sex ones and quite detailed. The problem is it's making me very embarrassed when I see him. I can only manage saying hello without going red...I'm not interested in him that way...it's the red face that bothers me....any advice?

Just try and control yourself when you see him. Remember there is no reason on earth for you to get embarrassed, he'll never know about the dreams. Depending on the person you are someone answered you by suggesting you tell him and have a laugh. That's one way of getting over it but if you are not the type of person who would ever in a million years want him to know whatever you do don't tell any of your workmates as if this slipped it would be no big deal but sounds like could make you really cringe. NOW STOP WORRYING!

Your body is definitely telling you that subconsciously that you need to get up and go to the bathroom. Sometimes, your mind gives to clues as to what's causing you not to wake up. I have had incidents like this before also. Like in your first dream about the toy store and all the people can be associated to be comfortable or in a place of pleasure mentality. Or basically enjoying your sleep. Store clerks represents your conscious telling you to go to the bathroom. Digusted with the first toilet can represent you are digusted with the thought of getting up and using the bathroom. Elevator represents your bladder which opens and closes like a elevator. And your body is telling you that next time the elevator opens it's going to release. And so you wet the bed. The second dream about being in the lunchroom. Fabric shop can be related to your body touching your bedsheets and your body is letting you know that you are comfortable once again. Lunch room can represent your body is hungry at night. And once your lunch time or hunger was over your body was letting your know that it was getting ready to do a purge or pee. That's why the toilet was in the middle of the lunch room. One solution is make sure you get plenty of sleep and rest each day. Fatigue and stress can cause you to fall into a deep sleep and they are hard to wake up from until it's too late. Okay take care.

Dreams are the brains way of putting the "rubbish" out. So if you think of this man as "rubbish" you might start feeling a bit better about it.
Although if you remain embarassed, you'll have to avoid him until the dreams go away, you're probably giving him the wrong signals at the moment and he may think, mistakenly, that you fancy him

You dont have anything to feel embarrassed about there hon.
Its not like someone has gone up to the guy and told him all about your dreams - he has no idea, so just try to relax and not let embarrasment get the better of you x

Well just smile at him, or just continue saying hello. Maybe try to avoid him slightly if it makes you THAT uncomfortable but dont make it too obvious. U know what they say about dreams...they're how you really feel unconsciously:)

Is there someone you like and haven't yet had the courage to talk to.
Your dreams maybe interposing this man you know onto the one you want to know.
If there is this man out there that you want to know, find him, talk to him, find out how he feels.
Your dreams will change, and your embarrassment will fade.
All the best Daddy Dave

The only thing I can say is you can't help what you dream about and it doesn't mean anything. Just try not to think about it when you are around him!

Maybe, you mean it for someone else and unsure if he likes you. So, your subconscious is probably using this guy at work in confusion?
