You talk to him and try to explain what happened at that time. If he really cared previously, he'll probably still care.

Confess to him that when you shunned him, it was all about you. Now you have matured and realized what a goober you were and would love a second chance. Honesty is always the best way to go . Good luck, but don't end up breaking his heart!

"History is an angel
And the angel wants to go back to fix things
To repair things that have been broken
But there's a wind
Blowing out of Paradise
And the angel keeps getting blown backward
Backward into the Future"--Laurie Andersen

Sometimes you can't fix things. But you can learn to accept responsibility for your actions, and you can learn to become a person of integrity.

Baby Doll! I'm asking everyone to bring Love back to where it's suppose to be. The heart. The Old Ticker. That Thumping "Music" in your Chest. In his chest too. If he's still thumpin' for you? You two gotta hook up. But you have to be honest with each other. See where Your Heart stands with him. See where his wants to take him. The Heart is where real happiness is. Ones who avoid that. Is gonna be doomed to be lonely. Good luck. I feel good about your chances.

fix things and make amends, tell him and apologized- but do so knowing that in the end there is still a possibility he won't heal. he may even reject you, just be sincere and honest, but at the same time, don't be sold with high hopes...best of luck though

Sit down and talk to him. The best way is to communicate how you feel. Try to make him understand what you were going through. I hope this helps!

Did your balloon burst and now you need his shoulder to cry on??

Approach him, talk to him, let him know how you feel, how you were mistaken etc..... failing that, get a 3rd party involved, not a great idea but it could help.
