Kevin Millwood's no-hitter for the Phillies against the Giants in 2003. In 1990, I saw Doug Drabek (then with the Pirates) come within one strike of a no-hitter against the Phillies, but Sil Campusano, a reserve outfielder hitting .181 at the time, blooped a single to right to break it up.

Curt Schilling shutting out the Blue Jays in Game 5 of the 1993 World Series was special, as was Game 1 of the '93 NLCS, when Kim Batiste got the game-winning hit in the 10th inning after making an error in the 9th inning that led to the Braves tying the game. I feel extremely fortunate to have attended those games.

I was at Busch Stadium back in the late 80's I think, when a ball was hit down the line in left ,I forget the exact player but the left fielder ran down the ball and caught it with his bare-hand.I know it was a SF Giant. Now this ball wasn't a can of corn,it was hit well and the catch was made on the run at the wall. One of the most amazing thing I ever saw.Except when Canseco got hit on the head and the ball went over the fence for a HR,I didn't see that in person though

1983 all star game in Chicago, watched the NL squad score a run without getting a hit. The 1st inning box score read 1 R, 0 H, 2 E, 2 LOB. good to see all-stars can play defense.

or July 1 1990 watched Andy Hawkins pitch a no hitter vs the White Sox and lose 4-0 thanks to 3 errors and 5 walks

Several years back when Mark McGuire was still playing he hit a homerun that almost went out into space.....it actually came to land in the upper 3rd deck at this particular ball park....it went half way up the row of seats....they estimated it ....I don't remember something like 450+ feet....none of that was actually amazing at that time he was doing it all the time......the amazing part was the "yahoo" that caught the ball on the fly with a baseball glove.....this is what was amazing....what the hell made him think that he needed a glove way up there!......I guess he figured with him on steroids and hitting them to "kingdom-come" on a regular basis.....well maybe it was really that amazing!!

Having the chance to meet Mickey Mantle before a Yankees Red Sox double header in July of 1963. I was just a young kid and even got a picture taken with him and Yogi Berra. Still my biggest thrill in sports.

Opening day in Milwaukee, 1997. They gave baseballs to everyone as they entered the ballpark.

Needless to say, as the game wore on, baseballs started making their way onto the field. Then, the back breaker; The catcher for Milwaukee hit a grand slam..........the baseballs rained onto the field like hail.

The final out of the World Series in Houston in 2005. As a lifelong White Sox fan, this was an amazing experience that I will never forget.
My wife who is more of a Cubs fan was with me, and she was choked up. For anyone who gets to experience the final out of a World Series for their team live at the game, you know what I mean.
