I don't know about huge impact, but Lester showed a lot of poise for a rookie in '06 and I think he's going to bounce back and be a solid contributor.

I see him being good for 12-15 wins.

I feel the Sox have a lot of pitchers this year and Jon will be phased in with the rest of them. We all know he is recovering and time will tell if he suffers any fatigue from it. I think he has a good future.

Sometimes these things have a mental impact. It creates the feeling that if he can overcome this, he is unstoppable. That should be good for his numbers.

I would worry more about Paplebon's shoulder issues.
