Haunted America and Haunted Heartland- both are true accounts of ghosts all over the country. I think Amazon carries both.

"The Demonologist" by Gerald Brittle.

Its about the couple who worked on Amityville, Ed and Loraine Warren. Its a great book that has recently been reprinted.
