hi - i am an aromatherapist - maybe a visit to a local one - or get one to visit you - will help you to relax and allow your body to continue to heal and settle down having stopped BCP. Taking care of your physical and emotional self will prepare you for ttc and a fab 9 months when it happens! hope this helps. lots of luck xx

ps. please speak to a health professional before beginning any course of vitamins or any other tablets.

Kay....Folic Acid with a Multivitamin.

Also one baby aspirin daily. (especially if you are overweight, diabetic, have a heart condition or sedentary)

Optional for you and daddy. Selinium and L-Carnatine or Acytl-L-Carnatine. Selinium is a essential mineral and anti-oxidant and the L-Carnatine is a protien found in red meat and vital to the production of both sperm and egg. Discontinue the Selinium upon positive pregnancy test!

I have also heard of the Red Raspberry Leaf and Horny Goat Weed, but those are libido supports and that isn't our problem.

Try the red raspberry leaf tea, it's great! Also, try a prenatal vitamin .Certain nutrients like folic acid(which prevents birth defects) should actually be started BEFORE you are pregnant.

i am ttc, myself and at my last appt. my doc. just told me to take pre natal vitamins. they have all the essential nutirents you and your baby need to be healthy, and prevent birth defects. i was browsing at a book store and was looking at a book called fertility for dumbies, and it stated a lot of these "natural" suppliments could have an adverse effect of your body especially if your trying to concieve. i think its better to stick with pre natal vitamins or what your doc tells you to take.

definite! My physician mentioned it rather is sweet to have as much as six months of them stored up in my physique in the previous we even began attempting for a infant....yet i did no longer start up taking them till whilst we were attempting for six months. each and all the nutrition, somewhat the folic acid, are needed interior the early stages of fetus formation.
