The places in your list are all tropical. Look for the one with the highest mountain. There might be snow on top.

None of them...need to stay north of the equator...unless you go high in the mountains some where.

well, i'm not very sure, but i know which don't: malaysia, cambodia, laos, indonesia, thailand. they don't have seasons.
i think, neither does macau. but i'm not so sure. and i think hk's winter is in nov/dec.
sorry i'm not 100% sure.
