Morning joint stiffness is a common complaint in the auto immune diseases, in particular Rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosis. I would advise you to go to a physician and have blood work as both of these diseases and several others are most common in young adult females and you fit the description pretty well. Usually these pains are more sensitive to cold rather than warm however,so another process may be at work here. Visit a physician!

I would go see a doctor about it. There are a few things it could be like gout, or maybe that carpel tunnel syndrome. Maybe you have a disk out in your neck and it is affecting the nerves. That is why you really need to see a doc. Probably nothing that can't be fixed though.

It looks like a circulation problem, but only a doctor can tell you what to do about it. It might be serious, so see your doctor asap.

This is an unusual case. I would definitely consult my doctor. There must be something that he can do. Good luck.

You should consult a doctor but it seems you may have some kind of RMD. Check this out:

Note: If URL is displayed truncated, go to www.medicinenet.com and search for RMD.

You consult your doctor. About your hand, I think you need more calcium. About the water is what I have no idea on.
