Depends whether you want to die or just be a social outcast.

Ah man, they are both awesome!!

What a stupidly phrased question! Which is better?! lol, Rabies is 100% fatal my friend, so as much as I would dislike scabies, I would pick scratching like a crabs victim over dying all day long.

Scabies. Gardeners have to be careful of this especially, but it's easy to treat. Rabies, well, only six people in recorded history have survived, five with irreparable brain damage.

It could be allergies. My little dachshund has them and when they are bothering her, she'll get little patches of flakes ( it looks like dandruff) in her coat, and sometimes the hair will fall out. I took her to the vet thinking it was mange, but the vet said no, it's just allergies, probably to grass or some kind of flower that's in the yard. She prescribed Benadryl for her, but I don't remember the exact dosage. She's older now and we use a different medicine. It would definitely be worth it to take him to the vet because they can give him the correct medicine and he would have some relief from the itching. I would also suggest you give him a bath with some Sulfodene brand dog shampoo. It's really good for relieving the itch. I use it once a week when my dog's allergies are acting up. The rest of the year I use shampoo with oatmeal in it, and I don't bathe her quite as often, because that will dry out her coat and make her itch. Hope this helps. PS- even though allergies are a condition that requires medicine for part of the year, it's not necessarily expensive. My dog's medicine usually runs about $20 for a month's supply. If you tell the vet you need an inexpensive medicine, they may tell you a human medicine you can buy from wal-mart or a pharmacy for less than the vet's office sells it for. When my vet doesn't have my dog's medicines (that happens sometimes) I can buy human Chlor Trimeton and use that. But please don't just give your dog that medicine because I mention it- I have no idea how much your dog weighs and giving it the wrong drug could make him sick, or even kill him if it's too strong.

I would have to say scabies !!! As rabies can be fatal and scabies would just be terribly itchy !!! Would obviously choose neither byt if i had to choose it would be scabies !!!

I would take the scabies everytime. Though neither are very pleasant I reckon a little itching would be far easier to cope with than facing death.

I have to question what on earth made you ask this question though. Its bizarre.

Will you feel better for knowing our answers ! I have to wonder.
I guess it passes the time !!!

I'd say neither. I wouldn't wanna run around biting someone all day or be scratching myself all day. W/ rabies you gotta get shots. Scabies just cream. This question has grossed me out. I say neither!
