I really think ballet would work for you.
Many dancers I know used to be clumsy before taking ballet, but now they are some of the best coordinated ppl I have ever met.
Also, it doesn't matter if you're overweight. A few years back in my ballet class, I had an obese girl in the class. She was still amazing at dancing! Just check out dance studios in your area for adult classes.

I say dont get into it if you feel you are TO overweight and i diffently say that ballet can be very hard maybe a lot harder than ppl think and if you wanna do it ( even thinking about ur circumstances you have listed) then you should practice your corrdination and skills like the cloumsyness first b4 you get into it , be more fit and it could come naturaly , but u gotta get there first , so dont give up!!

Go for it and never give up! it doesn't matter how overweight you are or how not into dancing you have been in the past. what matters is that you want to do it. don't be embarrassed and keep your head up. if you want to do ballet, do ballet, if you want to do bungee jumping do that. if it gives you satisfaction and you fell good with yourself while you're doing it, that is all that matters!!!
let us know how it goes. good luck!
