I am takin a cruise there and want to find out summer (end of july) temperatures. Here are the ports:

The temepratures in Norway change a lot. Last summer was really hot, and most of the places you mention had around and above 25 degrees C some days. But next year it can be 10 degrees and raining. Plan for 18 - 20 degrees in general, which is normal. It could even be warmer in the north (Tromsø) than in the south of Norway.
