From watching the news I know many transwomen are murdered. The almost universal defense of these men are they thought they were picking up a women only later to discover it was a man or a post-op transgender. They panicked and killed the "man in the dress". I think this is a lame excuse to take a life. Maybe to at least hit the trans in a fit of blind rage, ok I can rationally understand that but to kill her? No I think these men went too far and they deserve life in jail. I know to be a trans is dangerous and they are assaulted all the time even when they are minding their own business. There is one thing I do not understand about some trans women. They have full knowledge that there are violent bigots out there. Yet they choose not to be honest about their trans status (pre-op or post-op) when engaging in a sexual relationship. Why would some transwomen intentionally place themselves in such a potentially dangerous position? I want to know at the time what was she thinking?

First of all I wont pretend to understand why, how or what would be the deciding factor in a person being transgender but believe nobody deserves to have their life taken so cruelly. Just because I do not understand, I still don’t have the right to judge others and place them in a category deserving death. They were probably wanting to be honest and trusted their potential partner with the truth. Maybe they were looking for support in a way that could have been irrational. Most may not have been aware of the danger they were placing themselves into. Such a painful reminder of the times we live in, so much hate, intolerance & judgmentalness.

just look at the comments below, most men have huge egos omg they kissed a man, idiots yet expect women to snog all the time. neway killing? that's sick. in any situation. trans shoud be honest to straight men. but at the same time shoud be free to look how they want to, i heard some men are gay because they have female hormones? something to do with the mind and how they think i dont know. they wear what they feel comfortable in despite the risk, men may do it because they think they can get away with it they should look behind the make up etc, were all equal. yes jail for life and a lesson on not to be narrow minded and violent.

maybe she thought that she could lead a normal life. Yes those men deserve jail time! I mean come on are men sooo scared of people calling them something childish that they will kill? what a sad sad world that we live in. They should not have to say hey i used to be a dude, in their mind they never were! They were just trapped in a body that was not their own. They never saw themselves as a man/woman. So when they get the bodies that they were meant to have they see that they are finally right. That is what she was thinking.

The first two people who answered your question are the kind of people you want to lock up for certain...lol. I did not know so many trans women were being killed. To know this is appalling. As you said, being angry with them for lying or taking a hit at them in that fury is 'probably' understandable but definitely they don't deserve to be killed. Nobody of any sexuality deserves to be murdered. It is the way they are made or have made themselves comfortable. Accept them or move on and stick to familiar grounds and avoid them if you are uncomfortable. That's what I'd tell people. There are people who cheat everyday with their dates or partners but maybe not lying about their sexuality. Since we don't know how it is to be a trans, maybe they aren't accepted at all that makes them want to lie and hope they are accepted? I really don't know. I'm not really answering your question. Just having my thoughts written here.

believe me you are right on that. i mean at least just be angry with them and just like never speak to them again or something but killing is a little extreme. that is the first time i heard that. ohh and sorry i dont really have an answer. i just wanted to comment on that.

because gays are guys worst nightmares...if u had a sex change u dnt pretend u didnt and if u do u r asking for trouble...its just not natural if u ask me.....its sodomy and i dont agree with the murders but can u imagine how scary it would be to findout your date is transexual....weird.....

I think tranies need to be locked up in mental institutions so that they can not spread their seed of craziness.
