I think it would depend on how long you all have been together. I would say if you have only been together for a couple of months then a card and a small stuffed bear. If you met after your Valentines Day last year and your more then a couple of months into your relationship the same as above but do something secretive like send him balloons to work or home. Always have dinner together.
