Processors are 32 or 64 bit, not motherboards. You can check processor support for that motherboard at Asus' website.

It supports Core 2 Duo processors, Core 2 Duo processors are 64-bit. However, I do not think you should install a 64-bit operating system unless you dual boot it with a 32-bit operating system. 64-bit driver support hasn't quite arrived yet.
