will it now be harder for the Philly police to draw chalk outlines? If you stop suddenly, will you erase the bottom of your sneakers?

Philadelphia started to install the sidewalks as a way to reduce the surplus used tires that are accumulating in the landfills. They are also a lot cheaper than concrete. You can't burn 'em, so I guess this is a good idea.

they might have some problems... but they will just 'radial' for help.

If you stop suddenly, you may bounce back a foot or so...

This is a cool idea. Gotta do something with all that rubber leftover from used tires.

Have you tried using bouncing stilts on it yet?

I smell burning rubber. What if you drop your cigarette butts? I guess bums will have a softer place to sleep now.
