the very existence of the Jews in society today is a historical contradiction.

No group of people have survived even half as long exiled from there native homeland though cultural assimilation, persecution, and violence.

Yet what do the Jews do? They flourish. 22% of noble prize winners are Jewish.

and what about the terrible persecution? Its again tied to the Jewish identiy. The Jews were promised that as long as they follow there part ot the deal G-d will follow his.

When the Jews falter so dose there protection. As we have seen many times in History. Yet the Jews still survive.

According to the Old Testament, the Son of God was to come from the Jews. That's all they were chosen for. After that time they didn't get any special privileges. I believe it was prophesied that things would get tough for them.

You know absolutely nothing of the Old Testament but it doesn't matter in the least. God's Word is true whether people want to accept it or deny it until death. If you want a clearer understanding of what is happening in the Middle East, I'd read it........

I think I am one of "God's chosen people." And you should see all the hassles I get in life.

It used to be that Americans expected this to be the "short, difficult life" on their path to Heaven. Since WWII, we have gotten accustomed to wealth and prosperity. This isn't Heaven, folks.

Maybe he didn't want them returned to the promised land when FDR and Churchill thought they should have their statehood returned.
From what I understand, the Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived in peace until the state of Israel was reborn after WW ll.

god told the jews that they will suffer through persecution for their loyalty. this is found in the bible. if you don't believe the bible, then you probably don't believe in god. if that's the case, the jews are just misfortunate, and an easy scapegoat.

i love the jews!!!
