Brand names don't matter as much as shades and application. Try going to Marykay.com and finding a rep in your town. You can schedule a home visit and she will help you find shades that work for you and give you advice on application. Plus she will have free samples for you to try for a day or two before you buy. In addition, Mary Kay guarantees ALL of your purchases, unlike those counters at the mall and the stuff you can buy at any walmart. If you aren't happy with something after you buy it, they take it back and replace or refund. It's no risk, so you don't have to worry about feeling pushing into something or getting something and then not liking it.

i'm 18 and did not commence wearing makeup till my sophomore 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of HS. (i grow to be 15) on the time, I really used drugstore manufacturers like L'Oreal and Maybelline. (Very low-priced and were solid starter makeup manufacturers.) it really is solid to commence off with an low-priced form because why waste funds on extremely wonderful makeup once you at the instantaneous are not particular what look you wanna create yet? There are a good number of makeup palettes to decide on between - so attempt your best to in hardship-free words p.c.. one (lol) and attempt experimenting with it. commence wearing eyeliner (i recognize L'Oreal black eyeliner & liquid liner) then slowly transition into the harder stuff like gel liner and liquid liner (Like i take advantage of.) I now use manufacturers like benefit Cosmetics, city Decay, Kat Von D's line and a good number of different stuff from Sephora yet in hardship-free words because i understand how i decide on to positioned on my makeup. So, final analysis is: purchase makeup from Walmart or objective that pursuits you and take an afternoon on the weekend to attempt with it. in spite of in case you don't love the product you ought to continuously supply it to a chum and also you at the instantaneous are not dropping a lot funds.

I know from experience that the M.A.C. brand is really good. People don't want to actually buy from there because they think it's expensive, but not all the products are like that. You can try their cover-up (or concealer)!! It's really good, especially if you have dark circles under your eyes.
I can't recommend any shades or colours because you would have to check them out yourself, to see what works best for you.
Hope I helped!!

I know it's hard if we just dump a truckload of brand names on you for you to fish them out..but sometimes all that's all you really need. Because no matter what you still have to try them out at the store to see if it really suits you, never buy from online stores without testing.

I recommend Clinique's foundation, and The Body Shop blush and concealer.

Go for a makeover, you'll learn much more. :-)
