OK People.. I have search high and low for this name of this book.. Its a young Adult book, written in 2000 or 1999... when i read it , it was new. It was about the future and how people body parts could be bought, they be made into cy borgs??? Everyone has a different grading. Brillant book.. cant remember much but i want to read it. Please Help.

Hi folks... thanks for helping.. Its not the Patchwork Girl, Brave new world or House of the Scorpian.. but now i have three new novels to read..lol. thanks... This is driving me nuts... in the novel she goes on a train she lives on the poor side. ahhhhhh
