The first or the second part ?? Well, on the first one I love the intro....on the second one, the instrumental end definitely wins. Hard to say though when it's one of the best tunes of all time.....other than Dogs that is, from their Animals album...(17 min)

I love the bit where it's all staticky as they run up and down the radio dial, then it tunes in to a guitar which you start to listen to, and then this beautiful, clear guitar joins in, just the most perfect crystal note. It's sublime.

I used to perform the song with my band, and I always sort of liked the beginning of the song, because it really required us to all listen to each other and know the phrasing of the song...because there was no steady rhythm beat.

I like when "Syd's theme" is introduced. It's at the very beginning.

do DO doo DOO...

Over and over and over again. Not sure why I like it, but I do.

I lied. My favorite part is when the lone melody is broken by drums and the whole band joins in.
