I woudl imagine that just cutting them up with scissors would do.

I destroyed hundreds of these with Classified information on them. First I formatted each one then forced the plastic covers apart. The covers went in one trash can. Then removed the metal hubs and put them in a second can. That left the recording material. I used a cross cut shredder but scissors will probably be fine for you. The recording material will burn if you are really concerned about how much effort someone might be willing to use to recover the data.
My process met US Government standards for the disposal of Top Secret material. If you aren't familiar with classifications, Top Secret is among the most sensitive material the Government has.

Putting them in the microwave until you see sparks works great. The magnetic information gets totally destroyed. Usually takes 10 seconds for a whole pack of 20. Plus, you get an entertaining show.
Sounds funny but I mean it seriously :)

you can get some paper shreaders that have things on the front for destroying cd's and floppys but i dont think you can just get a device dedicated to doing that job. If you use one of these stand back because the plastic goes everywhere at 100mph lol. Fire is a cheap alternative!!

I just take mine apart with my hands and use scissors and cut up the disk inside. Cheaper then a shredder. It doesn't take very much effort to tear one open.

They are primarily hard plastic. Use a hammer, step on them, burn them, etc.
