Why can't he just drive according to the rules and be done with it. (If it is an annoyed motorist who is perpetrating this crime)

I totally agree, obviously they have had a hefty fine or even lost their license but the only person to blame is himself.

NO, i don't , this government where ever it sees an avenue to squeeze money out of us , they do and especially when its comes to motoring.

I suprised someone hasnt done something like this earlier in time, it is a shame that normal people like you and me are getting hurt, but the government must know that they are seriously taking the piss

That is true although I have no sympathy for the targeted companies either. The profits from congestion charge go into the mayor's pocket.
