So the biggest hurdle is out of the way, Favre is coming back. I am sure we have all heard the rumors of getting another WR (ie Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth, etc). Don't you think what the team could really use is STEVE MARIUCHI. Steve played a small role in Brett coming back this year and he was seen talking to Brett live on the NFL network stage. Steve is no longer getting head coach considerations by any teams, WHY NOT take a job as an offensive cordinator. Prove to the league that he can still do it, then try again for a head coaching job. Steve and Brett have history and a good relationship, I think it would work out well. Your thoughts about Steve or any other off season moves?????

I think having Marriuchi come in is a mistake, unless it's Mike McCarthy's decision because McCarthy has his own staff, which he rightly deserves. He did a decent job last year of getting them going, heck they were technically able to make the playoffs at one point.

As far as Moss goes, yes they should pick him up if they can. Favre badly needs a deep threat and Driver needs someone on the other side to balance the pass attack. Other then Moss, quality (more importantly rather cheap) players are going into FA, as well as some top names, so there is plenty that they can do.

One last thing, FA is nice, but the Packers simply need to draft better. I believe they should try to get a running back or a wide receiver with their first rounder. After that maybe they should trade picks and stockpile like some of the other teams do (ie the Patriots do it a lot). This way they have multiple picks for the mid to later rounds because that's where teams are built.
