People can't drive when it rains. God help us when it snows. Best option: close all businesses except the liquor stores and arrest anyone crazy enough to try to drive. ;-)

The simplist answer is we have lost the skills of driving in snow.With global warning snow is becoming a lot less servere just 20-25yrs ago it used to really snow and was impassable in many places now we 5 inches of snow and the country becomes gridlocked.

The same reason why trains come to a standstill when leaves fall.

Strange isn't it? Leaves fall at roughly the same time of year every year and the train companies still can't get over it. It gets cold at roughly the same time of year every year and all hell still breaks loose when it happens.

you're not used to it. i remember hearing a true story once of a Canadian couple in california, and it started to snow about 3 millimeters. a cop stopped everyone that didn't have snow tires, and the couple just laughed at that one.

Because all the little hamsters are to used to taking it up the *** by the goverments they elect its time for people power to arise and become the majority voice & stop letting the PRIMATES run the country

A) it doesn't really, people just say it does to make life seem more dramatic.

B) They can use the drama to blag a day off work

we are never prepared for snow...dont know why not as we normaly have snow every year
