I agree the alcohol treatments might be too drying. Since you are breaking out there, try treating/cleansing that area with the same care you provide your face. The skin there is about equally sensitive.

The black dot it dried blood under the skin. It sounds like a pimple of some sort. Probably from sweat and friction. Rubbing alcohol may be a little too drying. The tissue in that area is very sensitive. Keep the area as clean and as dry as possible. Do not squeeze it anymore, you may make it worse. If it doesn't go away in another week, or seems to get larger, or more sore, then go have it checked out by your doctor.

I think it may be a small boil. Just put a towel in warm water, squeeze it and massage the area. then you can apply anything for boils. If you however start getting more of those then you should consider going to the doctor for some antibiotics. However, if you think it's a pimple, then treat it as such.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
