I want to use a specific home page when I start browsing?

I've tried the icon in the tool bar but it doesn't work . Do I have to go to internet option?
And how can I do that ?

Go to the top of the page and click on TOOLS.

In the drop down box go to the bottom of the box and click INTERNET OPTIONS.

It should open in the GENERAL tab. Where it has your current home page address. Just over type it with the one you want to use and select USE CURRENT.

Go into Internet Options
On the General tab you will see a text bos that has the current home page listed in it
Type in what you want for your new home page.

Go to the page you want for your home page then select Tools, Options and under Home Page select "Use Current".

go to tools, then Internet options and then enter the web address you want to use into the "home page" box at the top of the screen.

go to internet options and type in the homepage you want then click on apply

right click on the explorer icon, then click on properties, and then were it says startup page, type the page you want to use. click on apply, then accept, and your'e done.
if it does'nt take it restart your computer and you'll have it there.
