I'm going to throw in a few reitred cricketors and the rest are based on recent form and in general.
1. Hayden (just an awsome player to have)
2.Glichrist (can destroy any bowling line up)
3.Ponting (c) (currently the best player, captain in the world)
4.Yousuf (recent form has been great, only 2nd to punter)
5.Tendulker (one of the greatest of all time)
6.Lara (same as above)
7.Flintoff (best all rounder, handy with the ball and bat)
8.Warne (need i say more)
9.Murali (will take wickets)
10.Ntini (in awsome form recently)
11.Mc Grath (world leading fast bowler in wickets)
12th Man Dravid (unlucky to miss out but he is not better than ponting, lara and tendulker)
