Good Maybe, the best probably not. Although everyone has their opinion of Antivirus Software, I have just repaired a computer with the Full Paid Version of AVG, yet it still allowed the a Trojan to be installed, which was very difficult to remove.
My OPINION is that Norton Internet Securities is one of the best protection software. Although some people claim it is bloated and slows the computer. It does do well at protection.

AVG will continually discover cookies after surfing, till they are pink ones showing, wouldnt trouble too lots, you are able to desire to attempt Spybot SD the hot version a million.fifty one has immu geared up in so supplies you somewhat extra protection. extra To Mot : i admire Kaspersky-is merely too, yet no longer once I found out this application eat via disk area like no longer the rest, after 4 weeks, the appliance chew up very almost 3GB of area for the test outcomes, database, and its replace archives, I bumped off it when you haven't any help from the maker.

Yup. Nope. Kaspersky Antivirus is the best. It detects and removes 99+% of viruses in independent tests of AV programs.

Dont mean to burst anybody's bubble but for best results, even if ur toptenreviews rates at no.1, try X-brand combined with Y-brand both running at the same time, you will all see that what ever X-brand doesnt catch, Y-brand will ; vice versa.
But yeah, it is dumb to run two antivir at the same time, but u got the idea.
As for reliable comparison, go to the below link; u can get what other comparison website dont have - an in depth comparison.
Based on their chart, clearly nod32 grabs the best solution spot.
-nod32,avira,trustport
but personally i use avira due to not-so-looking-good-interface that nod32 have :)
though kaspersky also is one of my good bargain.my recommendation - go for avira.
Hope this helps.

avg is a free popular pick, but its detection and removal are not that great
there are far better choices
would you want to be protected or risk having something get thru that shouldnt?
