This is a sign of power supply issues. Does your power supply have enough juice to power the new motherboard? If not, then your system will reboot. Make sure you put it to the test by running the CD drive. Also, is your room temperature warmer than the technician's?

Check your processor and power supply fan. If this is the problem then further usage of the sytem will give hardware damage.
If the fans are working normally, then there is a problem in the motherboard.

Just we prefer to know why you forced to replace yr mother board? as maybe problem was not in yr mother board at all!
If there is no software problem ( Virus of BIOS or OS both) as it is a new system so I think u have to check up the folowing:
1- Power supply Unit
2- Memory compatibility
3- cooling system( CPU fan)
assuming that yr hard disk is very good.
U may send me e mail to help u step by step how to check them yrself, its very easy to diagnose!
regards

ya, its defnitely a power problem , or check the ram slots are connected well to the mother board, if they r loosely connected, wht happens, without ram no system works, automatically it restarts,
