that doesn't make much sense. for one, integer is spelled wrong. but beyond that, barring some other sort of error, the only meaning I can get out of that is, "which is larger, 168 or 324?"

these other people are giving you the answer to the question, "what is the greatest common factor of 168 and 324"

Stop and think what number would go into 16 and 8; if you divided 8 into 16 what would you get and if you divided 32 by 8 what would you get,,,and do the same with 324 would that work in both numbers. If not what would ? Let's reduce the number would half of 8 or 4 go into both ?

It means to find the largest number that you can divide each number by and get a whole number. In this case you have to have a common number the number must be the same for both 168 and 324.

okay this is how u do it: factor each number, this means to break it down into it's primes. ex. facot 18=2*9-2*3*3, factored form. after you factor both of them circle all the number in one that there are in the other (if one has one three and the other has four threes only circle one because that's what they have in common). THen multiply the circled number togehter. So find the largest integer for 18 and 21. 18=2*3*3 21 21=3*7 so the greatest intiger is 3.
