I hate to say it but I think your growth plates are all grown out! Why do you want to be 175cm tall?
Am I right in guessing that you have an insecurity about being small? - I am a girl and I am 160 cm tall and my Fiance is 165cm tall, I am carefull when we go out together that I don't wear heels that make me taller than him because I know that he is insecure about his height. But I don't have a problem with it ... I am attracted to smaller guys. You don't need to be tall and wide to be attractive and in my opinion confidence in your self just the way you are is the most attractive attribute in a man.
