if you have big fix it will like disable what ever the problem is temporarily on startup or shutdown until you can get it checked out
dont take it to geek squad or anyother franchise businesses they scam the crap out of you just take it to a trustworthy small business computer guy or just leave the virus in there because i think its a virus
if you have multiple virus programs you should delete one you dont use because they will fight and they wont work properly all you need is like avg or macafee but just scan for viruses if its not that then like i said take it to someone
