Have you searched on a search engine to see if they've moved or someone else has had the same problem. Did you get a reciept with their physical address on it? When you bought it did it say "as is"? In which case well...you know what they say...buyer beware. Also I'd check on Ebay and see if the company is now on there and if so do they have complaints. If you bought with paypal they have a way to get the monies back from the people...also some major credit cards do as well. What's wrong with the PC's itself might be easier to fix it. Click my avitar and email me if this is the path you choose I'll try and help...sorry, been there done that before.

If I were you, I would search for that company on Google and instead of clicking on the link to their index page, click the link just below it that says ' Cached,' This will pull up their website as it was when Google indexed that site into their database.

From here you should be able to see the same information you saw when you purchased these laptops. Hopefully, it's not a scam.

Good luck - what was the company's name, btw?

You can get some contact information, though maybe not of the person you would want to talk to, by looking up who owns the domain name. Go to Whois.net and enter the domain name of the site from which you bought the laptops and you should be presented with some contact information.
