There is no such place. It's just a common statement in slang to mean everywhere on the earth.

The globe is often represented on a square map with four corners. Also the four primary directions (north, east, south and west) suggest a foursome.

4 corners?

The closest that I know of, is located in the United States.

Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico make up the northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast corners of four states that meet at 90 degree angles.

Nowhere else on earth do four places meet like this.
