They would be better described as miniture whine glasses with white flowers etiched in them each has a paper tag saying Saxony, your guarantee of Quality Made in USSR

If I where you I would take a few pictures and post them as a link. Of especial interest would be the marks on the base of the goblets.

If you can't do pictures at least a full description would be good, and also what would you like to know? Sorry to be pedantic but you have made a statement and popped and question mark on the end of it.

Addition.

It seems your company was a war prize for the Russians. Leipzig in Saxony has been a centre for glass-making for centuries and after their victory in 1945 the Russians helped themselves to whatever the Germans had; even to the extent of shipping whole factories east.

As for the glasses themselves, they probably are not worth that much. If the script is in English then the items would have been sold as souvenirs in order to generate much-needed hard currency during Soviet times. However, the market for Russian items is really just in its infancy. Better to keep hold of them.
