can anyone recommend any shops in the UK that aren't high street shops that sell them? I want to buy something a bit unique that no-one has ever seen. I love the vintage look!

try ebay and charity and second hand shops you could find something there or a plain tunic style dress in another shop, but cheap and then make it unique by sweing patches on to it, sequins or logos and tying stuff onto it. then no-1 in the whole world will have it. is that unique or wot? have fun...being unique is all about experimenting and having fun, adding ur own twist into things and ur own colour...so go for it!

try charity shops or ebay. otherwise buy a plain tunic and customise it. john Lewis sell some great items for customising. you could even check out some off the designer websites and copy what they are doing

This is an online shop--but I imagine it ships to the UK:

www.anthropologie.com

If you love the vintage look you'll fall in love with everything there.... (might not be a good thing because they are kind of $$$) :)

Hey!
Try Dorothy Perkins ( www.dorothyperkins.com ) and view their tunics, they are very stylish and are always at agreeable prices. Brilliant!
