It does peel off.
put a cloth on the floor and scrape at the foam with a paint scraper or something like a wirebrush
If its down a new door or window then use a knife to cut the foam down the frame firm.
To clean around a door ? About 30 minutes.
It comes off brick so easily that i start to wonder how it works at all !

If its plain brickwork, wait until it is fully cured, cut off the majority and then clean up with a wire brush.

You can use a sharp knife or a utility knife , just butt up against the brick where foam meets it and make a slice through it and then break it off!
