65kg = 145.6Ibs 1kg=2.24Ibs
which means you're 10stone 5.6Ibs 1stone=14Ibs
1inch = 2.54cm 1foot=30.48inches
that means you're 5feet 7.32inches to be precise
All in all you come across as a healthy girl, i'm 3 inches taller and 3 stone heavier.....i need to lose weight!!!
If you really do want to lose weight, then walk 4miles a day, very easy might need a pedometer to count out about 10,500 steps.
Drink water instead of soft-drinks to flush your system so to ensure not too much fat is built up. Cycle if you have a bicycle, but if you're asking me, you seem fine. You have a body-mass index of 22.8 which is far below the 25.5 required to be overweight......Stay Healthy!! ;)

To lose weight , we have to eat less (no fatty foods,sweets or sweet drinks) and exercise more.
Having said that ,we don`t have to pound the streets running. Running isn`t good for your joints anyway!
Walking is a good exercise ---- it is being motivated that is the problem!
I purchased an exercise bike recently and this is relatively painless, mentally and phyically.
Listen to 60s music at the same time and do 10 min sessions several times a day------so far ,so good!

1 kg is actually equal to 2.2 pounds
Therefore
65 x 2.2 = 143 Lbs
there are 2.54 centimetres in an inch (and 12 inches in a foot) so-:
171 / 2.54 = 67.323 inches
The 67.323 / 12 = 5.61 feet or 5 ft 7 inches (ish)
