Ironically, the voice of Darth Vader is not his voice at all... The actor that portayed Darth Vader in Episode VI was David Prowse, where as the voice was noneother than James Earl Jones (In all three of the first three episodes... err... which turned out to be the last episodes... err... and will prolly end up being the middle episodes... wow... confusing... ne way...)
Technically, your question is not valid. What you should have asked is...
"Does James Earl Jones speak like that cos his diaper is too tight?"
And I would guess the answer is NO... Or at least I wouldn't want to ask him to his face... He's got a big fist, and it would prolly hurt.
