im in the same predicament as you. i dont know whats next. i have my tongue 4 times, my septum, my belly button, my eyebrow and my lip. i had two surface piercings on my wrist but a little kid at my work ripped them out. anyway im all out of fresh ideas too. let me know what you come up with!!!
P.S. surface piercings on the back of the neck are awesome as are the piercings on the chest in the middle above cleavage. they are flat back piercings kinda like lip studs and are embedded under the skin with only the ball sticking out

well i dunno... since u say u already 'unusual' and have probably got all the other piercings since u want to know what 'next'...
hows about u get armpit piercings - LOL thats the only other place out of the 'normal' i could think of...
