My wife and I are searching for our first home, but have come to realise we probably can't afford exactly what we want.
We have no kids at present, but may start a family in a couple of years. We plan to live in the home for 4-5 years, then hopefully buy another home and rent the first one. For our needs - and to maximise rental interest down the track - what is it best to compromise on? Lot size (ie 320m2 instead of 450m2)? Number of bedrooms (ie 3 rather than 4)? Number of bathrooms (ie 1 rather than 2)? Location (ie closer to highway)? Anything else?

If you're planning to buy a house, look for a Cheap property with high rental return, but absolutely brand new. visit this website below.
