most people do not have a cue about African nations. if you named an African country how many could point to it on a blank map.

many of the countries have little real wealth, there is no oil. so little chance of Bush invading to "restore Democracy" Or it is too hard to invade

many r.but their leaders do not think bout their nation they think of making profits.these leaders (many of them not all)take most of the UN funds from the world bank
