Anyone read Jonathan Coe's, what a carve up?

Im finding it fiddly with the changing of media's in it although very lighthearted on serious tones? is there a film of this book(not the carry on one I mean based on this work) what do you think of it

Yeah it had its moments, but the Anti-Thatcher stuff was flogging a dead horse.
Funny that if you make a living out of Anti-Thatcherism, you're thereby promoting Thatcherism!
