Apples, corn, grapes, oatmeal, lentils, and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day. The water is important, or a high fibre diet with constipate you further!

Oatmeal is the right food for constipated people. But you need to drink a glass of water right after eating your oatmeal. Another fibrous food is jackfruit. But then you also suffer from gas pains it you're not aware of it. You will have a tendency to fart for 3-4 hours. but it will help you to have regular bowel movement.

lol sad sad.. well apples are high in fiber but I wouldn't reccomend eating that for constipation.. prepare yourself a bomb, I hope you like fruit.
slice up some papaya, the more papaya the better, little mango and add prunes, the more prunes the better, mango is just to give it flavor and papaya to make it fulfilling.
drink some of water and go for a nice walk, that should get your stomach working.

sounds like chronic constipation do you have colitis or irritable bowel syndrome.drink lots of water you can take lactulose it softens poo any fruit and veg are good espesh prunes and freshh orange juice.if they dont work see go cos i had a blockage when i was like you i needed part of bowel removed.
